Why does my candle tunnel?
We recommend to read through "The Orëlla guide" located in the top menu section for the best candle care available.
Why is the flame sometimes different?
Natural variations in fragrance, wicks and the surrounding environment can affect the appearance and movement of the flame. Small variations are part of the character of a handmade candle.
Why does my candle look slightly different from the photograph?
Every Orëlla vessel is individually handcrafted. Variations in colour, texture, pattern and finish are natural and make each piece unique.
Can i reuse my Orëlla vessel?
Yes. Once the wax has been safely removed and the vessel properly cleaned, it can be used as a decorative object or storage piece. We recommend not to clean it in a dishwasher.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are handmade in our atelier in belgium. We only use ingrediënts from the best quality and suppliers.
