Processing time All orders are handcrafted and hand-poured in Belgium. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Belgium: Standard shipping 2–3 business days
- European Union: Standard shipping 5–10 business days
- Free shipping thresholds may apply — check at checkout.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
